21 March- 21 April Month 1

Initially, our startup’s primary objective was to recruit and assemble the most talented team possible from our university. To achieve this, we posted job advertisements on multiple university platforms and utilized our network extensively. • Once we had successfully onboarded the team, we focused on equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to generate ideas for our prototype. At the conclusion of the month, we finalized the concept of our prototype, which was a crucial milestone for our startup. The idea finalized was documented and saved for future use.

22 April- 21 May Month 2

Our second objective is to develop and enhance the initial idea of the prototype and begin working on it. We will create a story arc for our game prototype, along with its characters and other components. We will design the backgrounds, and various layers and create the character sprites and other assets. Once designed, we will animate the characters and prepare them for integration into the Unity game engine. Regarding character design, we will strive to create unique and visually appealing sprites that are consistent with the overall aesthetic of the game. We will also consider the functionality of the characters and ensure that their movement and actions are fluid and intuitive.

22 May- 21 July Month 3&4

Once the design of the prototype is finalized, we will commence game development by importing the elements into the unity game engine and begin coding. • Our primary goal will be to create a 15 minute prototype of the game, which will serve as a showcase for potential publishers and investors. • The prototype will undergo rigorous testing to ensure that it meets the required standards and is visually appealing to children. During the development phase, we will closely collaborate with the game designers and artists to ensure that the game meets the intended vision. We will also prioritize the implementation of game mechanics that provide a fun and engaging experience of the person.

22 July- 21 September Month 5&6

The last two months of our incubation period will play a vital role in our future growth. • Once development is finished, we will unveil our social media presence and make our prototype fully accessible to the public. This will help increase awareness and attract more people to our platform. • Additionally, we will seek out publishers and investors to showcase our prototype. Ultimately our main objective during the incubation period is to secure investors for our startup. We will also share videos showcasing our development process on our social media channels. These videos will give our audience a behind-the-scenes look at how we created our prototype. By sharing our development process, we hope to build transparency and trust with our followers
